Peso Savings Account. We shall assist you in opening up a Peso denominated Account in Equitable PCI bank. This account will be in your name. You do not have to be in the Philippines to open an account. We can do this for you via the steps below. Every month, Equitable will automatically debit your Peso account and remit to Century the amounts indicated in your reservation agreement or contract. This is called an auto debit feature, much like how customers in the USA pay their electricity, cable and phone bills via auto-debit arrangements with their banks. You shall then fund your Peso account via monthly, quarterly or semi-annual remittances, to cover up for the monthly remittances that equitable will send to Century     2. What are the steps to follow? a) In order to confirm your unit reservation, your servicing Agent shall send you the following documents for your signature: i. Pro-forma or Reservation Agreement ii. Buyer's Information Sheet b) Go to your nearest local bank or express Padala center and remit P 60,000 plus the bank charges to the following Century Communities Corp. Account.
